Winning PS – construction company, Plant I under the leadership of Ing. Václav Račan started work on the contract for the hotel B&B building, Pekařská 17, Brno”.
The existing derelict building will be refurbished to create a three-storey extension. The building will be used as a B&B hotel for short-term accommodation, with a breakfast room and reception on the ground floor. The scope of work is approx. 53 million CZK.
