We are proud of the completion of a multifunctional apartment building in Prague – Slivenec! This construction, which includes 20 residential units, was successfully realized under the leadership of construction manager Jakub Šplíchal and project manager Richard Remes.
Thanks to their efforts, we were able to meet the completion and approval dates. Last week, the grand opening ceremony took place in the presence of the mayor of the district RNDr. Jana Plamínková, who christened the house and opened its doors to the general public and the new owners. We are thrilled to welcome new residents and contribute to the development of this district and we are certainly not done here yet!
We are happy that we have already been able to hand over a new sports facility for the Brno rugby club, which has long struggled with a lack of space.
