In the category of building reconstruction, our company Winning PS – stavební firma s.r.o. won first place with the project “Reconstruction of the Pfann Hotel”.
“Hotel Pfann”, a cultural monument listed in the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic, with a history dating back to the sixteenth century, has now found its application as a community center. In 2016, the town of Pohořelice decided to start a debate on the reconstruction and finding a new meaning for the use of the listed building. During the project preparation and subsequent implementation, considerable emphasis was placed on the historical value of the building and on the high quality of reconstruction work.
The designer of the building’s renovation was the company ARCHIKA – architektonická projekční kancelář s.r.o..
