This was a wonderful overall renovation of the building, which included extensive modernization of the studios on the ground floor, mezzanine and 1st floor. This object is located in the heart of the Municipal Monument Reserve in the wonderful city of Brno. It is proudly protected as a monument and registered in the prestigious cultural heritage list. Its majestic architecture and rich history represent a rare gem of the past that draws us into a time long gone. Thanks to a respectful reconstruction that preserves its authenticity, its unique elements will be admired for future generations. This rare building will continue to serve as an example of a historical legacy that proudly enriches the cultural heritage of this city.
