Multifunctional hall and municipal apartment house, Prague – Slivenec

Winning PS – construction company, under the management of Ing. Richard Remes starts the construction of “POLYFUNCTION HALL AND MUNICIPAL HOUSE – II. STAGE”.

We are building on the now completed 1st phase – the construction of an apartment building, from which we will move smoothly to the neighbouring building. The building will be used as a cultural centre and library for the municipal district of Prague – Slivenec. It will be used for concerts, theatre performances, balls, weddings, trainings, club meetings. Short-term exhibitions will also be installed in the library. The volume of the contract is 85 mil. CZK without VAT.

We are proud of the completion of a multifunctional apartment building in Prague - Slivenec! This construction, which includes 20 residential units, was successfully realized under the leadership of construction manager Jakub Šplíchal and project manager Richard Remes.
