This year, a twelve-member jury headed by the Rector of Brno University of Technology, Petr Štěpánek, chose among 46 registered building components in seven categories.
During the project preparation and subsequent implementation of the building, considerable emphasis was placed on the historical value of the building, the reintegration of the Baroque Paar chateau into the city structure, including the emphasis on the high quality of construction work. The work was carried out in close cooperation with monument care.
In the category of residential buildings, the new construction of apartment houses – “Villa houses Slunovrat”, which was entered into the competition by ARCH PROFI BAU, spol. s.r.o. A substantial part of the entire construction is also a visible concrete structure, the contractor of which is the company Winning PS – Pamstav s.r.o., the investor of the construction is ČEVS, a.s.
